i have had cameras splashed when rafting on water rapids. it takes a day or two to get completely dry and working again. be sure and change the tape and batteries.

yes just shut it off take out the battery let it dry for a week or so put the battery back in charge it and turn on it should work.

depending what the water got on and if it was running, it may need professional servicing. You can try to let it dry, and see if it works after that, if it doesn't, it needs serviced.
