I asked a question similar to yours today about all the fighting in this forum and I got some interesting answers. No one is going to burn in hell, just breathe deeply, relax and don't take it all too seriously. XOXOX TIgerlilly.

You are correct to say "some" of these so called God loving Christians, but then you kind of lump us all together in your condemnation. The fact is most Christians are not like what you describe so why do you connect the "so called" kind with the real thing? If you already know there are fakes, why do you condemn the real Christians? We don't appreciate the fakes any more than you do, but they can't take away the truth of the Gospel. God is real, Jesus is real, and the sacrifice He made on the cross for mankind is real. It is a wonderful, beautiful love story about God's plan for man's reconciliation to Him and a real Christian tries to live for Him. By their fruits ye shall know them......there's your answer. If the fruit is rotten, so is the "so called". If the fruit is good , then the Christian is real. It doesn't do any good to rant and rave about the few that play Christian.......They will not be gone until God Himself separates the sheep from the goats. In the meantime, please give the rest of us a break.....God bless you.

You get those types of answers because more than half the questions asked here are people trying to slap God in the face. If it's a silly question, it will attract answers that aren't serious. If someone truely wants to know the answer, give some backround with it as to why you want to know. Put some effort into the question for the best answers. You will always get some schmuck who just wants points and to hurl an insult, but at least you'll get a few good ones.
As far as Christians being hypocrites...news flash, EVERYONE at SOME point in their life, is a hypocrite. ALL OF US. Not a single normal human being can go through their life and NOT be a hypocrite at some point or another about something. You are simply pointing out the flawed side of those who believe, which they admit they have. Just like you, not everyone relizes when they aren't following what they should and they aren't doing what they should. By coming here and bashing them, you just did what you complained about. You don't like them bashing questions that sound like a troll, but then you bash them in general because you don't like what a few of them did. And you called THEM a hypocrite? Just remember that every time you point a finger at someone else, you have 3 others pointing back at you. (your thumb doesn't naturally point backward)
Yes, by their fruits they will be judged, have you seen them all? That person you are putting down could on a daily basis feed and clothe a dozen homeless people, take care of elderly, and teach young children. The only part you see is them reacting to what they think is a troll who is insulting them. If you don't know anything about a person, you do not know what type of fruit they bear, nor which type of tree they are. You see what you WANT to see, nothing more. Basic human behavior when speaking of a group you don't like.

Well I wish you were wrong but you make a very good point any one who is a true Christian should not slam those who ask, but some times the wicked will take the truth hard as it does condemn them.
No true christian can look upon witchcraft as a good thing or the many other things like making light of the Lord as he should not be made fun of. However I use the bible as my standard, look upon 2 Timothy 2:23 and it tells us good Christians what to do.

If Christians are slamming people simply because they object to a serious and respectful question, then they are wrong...and for them I apologize. I know that sometimes we get asked really sarcastic or demeaning questions and some of us will answer in kind...but, if and when we do that, we are disobeying one of the primary examples that Jesus has set for us.
My recommendation to other Christians has always been to ignore a question if it is phrased in a disrespectful manner. This does not mean that the questioner should be considered disrespectful simply because he or she does not agree with our views. It is the way that the question is phrased. I think you probably understand what I mean.

I am a Christian, but also I am human. I do get mad at people sometimes with these questions and their so called remarks. If being a Christian makes me closed minded, then so be it. It is my mission to let people know that God loves them, and even though I may fall far short of this mission, and get mad at some is the human side.
God forgives me, can you?

That verse is a very serious one and scary. You are completely right . As a Christian we need to clean up our act because the world is watching and most of all God is watching. I am sorry if you were offended in this way . I know that I try not to do this.

Can I share something here. I answer this question almost every time that I come into this forum. As a Christian, I hope I don't treat you or anyone that way.
But as a Christian, you need to understand that Christians are also human beings. We come on here for insight as well, and see questions that constantly are made to belittle Christianity and bash Christians, it's very easy to get angry when we get question after question aimed at trying to get us upset. Is it right for us to bash non-Christians? Absolutely not, but please realize that we also are human beings with feelings as well. It's almost impossible to not be human.
We're criticized for sharing our faith. We're criticized because we use scripture or we don't. We're criticized because we don't think in terms acceptable to others. We're called stupid, ignorant, hateful, narrrow minded, foolish, idiots. We're also told that our God is fictitious. Earlier today, I saw a beer parody of one of our important prayers. It's very hard to remain calm when we see offensive answers like that.
I'm sharing this, because I hope that you and others who are non-Christian can understand what we deal with each and every time we log on here. And if we get upset, we get blasted. Don't you see, we're criticized for almost anything we say. Is that fair to us??? I'm sorry that Christians have said wrong things, and I feel like I constantly have to either apologize or defend our faith, including for many posts which I have not seen or posted.

None of us are perfect, lets face it. We fall short. That is why Christians aren't perfect, just Forgiven. I'd like to give advice without being cruel or judgemental. Only God can truly judge us because He (Jesus Christ) knows what is truly within our hearts.
