I'll give you a few quite useful ones....to every one there is usually a harder alternative.

ABDOMINAL EXERCISES

twisting crunches
heel drops
waist rotations
body sweeps
cross leg crunches
planks
tricep raises
roll ups

UPPER BODY EXERCISES

planks
tricep dips
tricep push ups
whole arm push ups

LOWER BODY EXERCISES
lunges
balancing lunges
squats
plies

toning is decreasing the body percentage. from a physiological perspective it is impossible to tone muscle, it is alway that way. removing the layer of fat that covers muscle increases definition or the muscle tone. that being the case you can't spot reduce fat through the diet or exercise.

if the stomach, arms, legs and buttocks are your trouble spots then you need to decrease the body fat percentage until you see the disired results in those areas.

swimming and soccer can work the stomach legs,and buttlock, since your doing a lot of running or do wall sits. For stomach, do lots of situps, And do push lift some weiths for arm muscle

The best thing you can do is diet, do crunches, run in place, and do some lunges
