What is a good way to get rid of 'love handles?' also, good workouts to get rid of cellulite in your legs, i don't have much but the little i do have bothers me.
another thing is, has anyone heard of the tuna diet or the cottage cheese diet? if so, can you tell me a little about them or if you know of any other diets that are simliar. thank you in advance!

To get rid of your love handles follow the tips I have listed below.

1.Eliminate red meat from your diet, it stays inside of your body for over six days and causes belly fat.

2.Take Flax oil, it flushes your body of toxins and excess weight

3.Drink 8 to 12 Glasses of water

4.Go for a walk on your lunch break. If you are unable to fit it in, walk when you come home from work with your family or friend.

diet is a way of life not a sprint.
you cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
