i'm trying to say, I think that you need to go first.

i'm pretty sure it's right, but i just want to make sure so i don't look even dumber lol.

It's good. The only thing is, a lot of times we say 'need' in English when we really mean 'should' or 'ought to'. You would use necesitas if it really means 'need', but if it means 'should', you might prefer to say:

Creo que debes ir primero.

No, it should be "creo que tienes que ir primero" unless the person has a real NEED to go first (like he is sick or he is peeing, even then, "tienes que ir primero" sounds better).

¡Ya me confundiste! Here's a suggestion: Do not translate it from English. Sorry, but the only part that was written correctly appears to be "sus amigos y apreciarlos, aunque usted puede." Think of expressions that you know in Spanish, and see if they can help you with your idea.
