In the 90s a resolution was passed in Congress and signed by President Clinton making regime change in Iraq a matter of National policy. If you look at statements made by Democratic leaders right up until the war, they believed Iraq to be a threat to world peace. Who was really lying? And lastly the resolution authorizing the use of military force was passed by both Democrats and Republicans. Far as I can see Bush has never knowingly lied to the American people.

Let's get in the way-backmobile and do a little more research honey bun. If you will recall (even though you might not want to), there were several resources that told GW that Saddam had WMD, one of which was Clinton. The scientists for Saddam have testified that WMD were being built. The U.N. (God bless em) gave Saddam 30 days to dismantle the WMD. The troops have reported seeing evidence of WMD. What exactly is your problem with the US taking care of terrorists in a land far away from your playground? Please splain.

There's no blatant lies. Not even Bush is stupid enough to do that. He just leaves out key points in this speeches. Yesterday, during his joke of the speech, he said that he democrats were playing politics and passing what they wanted. Correction: the democratic politicians passed what the majority of the public wanted. No lies there but an obvious omission is evident.

So much evidence of his wrong doing has mounted against him yet he has not been held accountable for any of it! Neither him nor his family have been affected by the war! If anything they have gotten richer! So there is no reason for him to stop with the lies!
