Chocolate pudding is a custard base pudding that has milk, corn starch, sugar, eggs and of course chocolate (either chocolate syrup or cocoa powder)

Chocolate mousse is wipped cream folded with chocolate ganache (this is melted chocolate chips or any kind of cooking chocolate that has been melted and cooled but still remains in a creamy texture.)

Mousse is a form of creamy dessert typically made from egg and cream, usually in combination with other flavors such as chocolate or pureed fruit. The egg whites are beaten before being incorporated into the other ingredients to produce a light and fluffy yet extremely rich confection. It is then chilled to maintain its aeration.

Chocolate pudding is a class of dessert with chocolate flavors. There are two main types: a boiled then chilled, texturally a custard set with starch, version commonly eaten in the U.S., Canada, and East and South East Asia; and a steamed/baked, texturally similar to cake, version that is popular in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
