I'm just curious, as I am flying to Las Vegas later this month, and I only have an hour and a half between my flight to Calgary and the flight from Calgary to Denver. I have my passport already, I am just wondering if there are forms to be filled out at Customs?

The form takes only a couple of minutes to fill out. It will be available near the Flight check in. And you generally have time to fill it out either in the line to check in or in the line going to customs.

You should be okay as long as your first flight arrives on time.

The only form you have to fill out is when you check in. Its just a customs form. They want to know if your bringing any food, presents, excessive amounts of money into the country. It also asks for the address you'll be staying at while in the USA. Its a simple form. You'll give the form to a customs officer before you go through security.
