dont count miles count time doing cardio.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you are going to exercise that much, you need to eat more than just propel & milk, or you will just drop over! You still need to give your body some fuel to keep going. Try to eat healthy, just take in enough calories to keep you going (you can do calorie counting), and exercise, but start out slow if you aren't used to it or you will hurt your muscles. It you tear a tendon or something, you won't be able to exercise for a long time. Try going to the American Diabetes Association website or the American Heart Association website for some healthy recipes & exercise tips. Even if you don't have diabetes or a heart condition, these are still good tips to follow (& might prevent you from developing these problems)! The key is to do things in moderation. Don't go overboard with the diet & exercise right away, or you might do more harm than good. You might also "burn out" quickly; you can't keep up that pace for long.

well, you should work different mucsle, and rotate what your doing for workouts. if you dont, you will look kinda lame. and propel and milk only? NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!
you need carbs, protiens, lipids, and vitamins/minerals so stay healthy and for your body to function properly.
