What goes around comes around.
you reap what you sow.
I could go on and on. Every religion believes is somethig along the lines of Karma. To answer your questions yes. I think you get out of this world what you put into it. Not everything bad is out of Karma though. Sometimes its just a lesson that you need to learn and grow through.

Even if one is a hardcore nihilistic materialist, there is such a thing as 'street karma'. Punch somebody in the face, they're very likely to punch back. Or have their older brother punch back. Or call the cops. Or sue you. It's not perfect, but what goes around usually ends up coming around.
And, if there's karma in the true Hindu/Buddhist sense, then there's nothing to worry about in a spiritual sense: all good and evil deeds will come back to the person who did them, if not in this lifetime, then in a future reincarnation.
Karma, too, makes a lot more sense to me than the Christian Judgment. According to some, even a monster like Stalin will be allowed into Heaven without even a moment's punishment if he were to accept Jesus on his deathbed. Conversely, a virtuous non-Christian like Bertrand Russell or Mahatma Gandhi will presumably burn in hell for not being a Believer. Karma is infinitely more fair than that version of Christianity...

In Buddhist teaching, the law of karma says only this: `for every event that occurs, there will follow another event whose existence was caused by the first and this second event will be pleasant or unpleasant according as its cause was skillful or unskillful.' A skillful event is one that is not accompanied by craving, resistance or delusions; an unskillful event is one that is accompanied by any one of those things. (Events are not skillful in themselves, but are so called only in virtue of the mental events that occur with them.)
Therefore, the law of Karma teaches that responsibility for unskillful actions is born by the person who commits them.
I do not believe in karma because its principle is not written in the bible or has no basis in the bible. if karma is true, God don’t need to pursue “the judgments day”, because if karma is real and yet God execute the sinner its already consider a double jeopardy. And God will not doing this because He is Just

I totally am a firm believer in karma! I have seen how it catches up with those who do things they oughta not be doing. Instead of retaliation I have always felt it is not up to me- they'll have it catch up to them! And what do ya know- it comes back on them three fold! And all I had to do was watch. Karma is much like a time out chair ~ one must pay a price for all actions !

I believe in Karma, and I believe depending on how idiotic a move I make, I might get back what I put out three fold...
But, so long as I'm not intentionally being a jerk, I'm usually okay.
And, I agree with you about God, to a certain point.
I believe God wouldn't condemn anyone to Flames, unless they were REALLY bad-- intentionally so-- and many, many times over. I'm talking life in prison for murder or rape, or any number of other charges that can get someone LIFE behind bars.
Basically, I think God isn't as petty as we're led to believe by whatever religion you might hear from. You're not going to Burn for having pre-marital sex or masturbation... you're not going to burn for stealing, so long as you eventually learn that it's a bad mistake and quit doing it; and I think that overall, God will probably forgive us just as much as we forgive the people who have sinned against us. It would only make sense.

I do just cause I've seen it in action. Different people call it different things (the three-fold return law, reap what you sow, etc).
It's a round wheel that serves out justice like no human I've ever known has been able to. Brilliant.
