Only the Government can give out military medals and awards. Any medal given by a private citizen is in the nature of a gift.

Because he was raised with a sense of entitlement....Mommy and Daddy always gave him everything he wanted. He has no self-discipline, thinks of no one but himself and truly believes that the title "president" makes him the King of all things....

A real man would have declined the medal...But then Bushie boy is not a real man...he is a spoiled little boy who throws frequent temper tantrums.

As much as I don't like Laura Bush, I am amazed that she can stand the sight of her husband.
