A 4-5 week old kitten is far to young to be a childs pet.

It's barely old enough to fo pee on it's own.

Your kitten WILL DIE if you do not get it to a vet or back with it's mother.

You dont' even know how to care for it, let alone leave it to a child to care for it.

Take the cat to the vet and learn what to do, or better yet, take it back to the mom cat for the appropriate ammount of time so that it can learn to be a cat and not grow up with behaviorial problems.

And hurry... before it's to late. Dirreah in a kitten that young can be deadly in just a few days.

A 4-5 week old kitten should not be eating dry food. They need canned food to get the extra liquid into their systems. Severe diarrhea needs the attention of a Vet ASAP- the kitten will dehydrate and you may loose her. It is most likely parasites or worms and needs medication. Bring a sample to the Vet with you so they can check it out

Lets go through this one more time A cat is at severe risk of dehydration and kidney damage after as little as 2 days. A kitten is in danger after 24 hours. What I think is wrong is irrelevant , If you want the cat to not drop dead on you get him to a vet. yes it probably has worms so anyway you look at it , your kitten needs to be seen by a vet.

Get the kitten to a vet as soon as possible. The vet can prescribe something to help with the diarrhea and to kill the worms.

Get some sergents kitten wormer and follow the instructions for your kittens age and weight. All kittens and puppies have worms and they have to be wormed when old enough. Your kitten may need another week of age 6wks is usually the worming time.

you're doing each and every thing perfect and what a cool interest you're doing. I had this concern with my kittens to boot, you in undemanding terms could desire to attend and notice, of they don't prefer to consume out a bowl, attempt putting somewhat on your finger and permit the infants style it, then placed them beside the bowl with somewhat nutrition in it, do this some cases an afternoon. With the clutter practise, stimulate them with a heat face textile yet be waiting for them doing the lavatory, and do this each and each time you feed them. they're going to see mum utilising the clutter tray and at last understand what its for. I continuously stored the clutter tray on one ingredient of the den and the nutrition and water on the different ingredient, as in case you do this they don't have a long thank you to pass while they do initiate utilising it. stable success along with your little journey x
