I'M 15 , 16 in july :-) and im 135. I'M not really fat but My belly is starting to look kinda dull and has a little bulge. I was wondering what would be the best exercises to do every week. I'M going to england, spain, scottland, and france in august and I dont want to look bad on the beach. I dont want like super muscles just not that flabby and a little toned.

I'M willing to eat less to help too. But I was wondering about the exercises. I think I have two 5 pound dumbells somewhere but I could get different ones too.

Any ideas?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You don't need to stop eating, just focus your diet on building muscle by eating more protein and less carbs (chips, snacks). To get good protein fast, take a look at the protein powdered drinks, see below. Cut back on junk food and get some bigger weights or join a club and work out for 2 hours per day minimum. To bulk up, progress to higher weights. To dump the plump in your gut, do sit-up crunches. Have fun and tell my how the ladies like the body.

You did not give your heighth and that helps in determining normalcy. If you want to lose weight, two five pound dumbells are awesome. you do not need anymore unless you want to.

Do bicep curls and at the same time balance on one foot. Or you can do bicep curls and do squats at the same time. Do high reps of exercists-Do about 100 hundred reps, or you can slow your lift down. Do lunges across the floor of a room or stationary lunges, and overhead presses with your five pounders. The concept here is multibody part functions. Run easy but long distance-build up to it.
