Well, I usually do two things. Eat chocolate! It makes me feel happy and puts me in a good mood. For the cramps, I usually do exercise. Ignore the fatigue and 5 to 10 minutes into the exercise you won't feel tired anymore, and exercise releases hormones that stop pain. I was skeptical at first but it really does work!

I find that if you suck it up and do the workouts n such, you feel better afterwards for doing it. And ive read in wuite a few magazines that it helps with pms symptoms. Go figure eh?

A couple things you can do to help alleviate the pms symptoms are to cut down on your salt intake (chips, fries, canned and frozen foods) in the week before your period, and increase your intake of calcium right before your period starts. Also be sure and drink enough water, to replace the fluids you're losing. :)

I don't have those problems with mine. There isn't a single sign it's coming until it arrives for me, and then it's all of 3 days. Just like any other day's workout.
