im at a hotel and there is aproblem????

im at a four seasons hotel in missouri and i just got here, there is brownish red bloody poop(and no this si not kidding its so gross i dont think its funny) smeared on the bedspread in a heap i dont really know how to tell the manager or maid what should i say? and also there is a lighter brown runny chunk/liquid mixture on the bathroom floor has this happened to anyone else?
