I just got shocked from my hairdryer and then a tiny ball of electricity bounced around my room before it disappeared. Now, I feel pain on my legs and I get these electrical feelings all around my body, like somebodies poking tons of needles around you and they itch.
Is this something I should worry about or is it going to go away?

PS: I got rid of the hairdryer.

this will probably go away. But to be on the safe side I would recommend you see your medical doctor. There can later be problems that are not appearing now. I'm sure that wasn't your idea of a good time.
