Just a word of caution. Uncooked oats are like uncooked rice, they expand in your stomach when exposed to moisture.

Don't eat too much or you could be in a lot of pain. We almost lost a horse who got into the oats a few years back. He was lucky, he didn't eat enough to rupture his stomach.

The makers of Metamucil have just come out with a water soluble fiber that can be added to just about anything according to the ads. Maybe something like that would work better for you.

Why would you want to do that? That taste nasty.Just cook it, it takes a minute in the microwave, don't be lazy. And if you don't have a microwave buy some of that fiber powder stuff( I can't think of the name now), you can just add it to the food you already eat. Goodluck.
