I was wondering... why don't all Muslims follow the jehad theology? is there a verse in the qur'an that tells muslims not to? I'm asking this from a purely want to know standpoint because i never got why the other sects of the religion didn't do it... thanx

Jihad theology??? I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But I'll tell you that there is a Greater Jihad and a Lesser Jihad. The Greater Jihad is the struggle within oneself - to resist temptation, become a better person, etc. The Lesser jihad is fighting on the battlefield. This is less important than the Greater jihad. And this can only happen when a person must defend him/herself, property, family, life.

Jihad is not a theology it is an internal war that must be fought
to rid oneself of the qualities of darkness and allow only the qualities of Gods light to remain. The outer Jihad that we see in the world is brought about by ignorance and illusion that some Islamic clerics maintain to be Truth. They have not seen the light of God or the light within themselves and are
in error in their leading many people away from the true Islamic Faith. Muhammad (PBUH) told his followers to love their fellow man as Jesus (PBUH) did. Both Jesus (PBUH)
and Muhammad (PBUH) were ask to lead in an external Holy War and both refused. Neither of the Prophets said that killing innocent human beings in the name of God would lead them to God. Think on this within your heart...... God would never tell a human to kill another human. That is insanity and that is what many of the Islamic leaders (clerics) are....insane. And many are power hungry. They are like vampires draining the lifeblood out of proud people of God that are living in a very depressed part of the world. A person that thinks there is no hope for tomorrow, is an easy target for terrorists to convert to their way of thinking.

May Gods Grace enfold us and protect us all through this tragic period in human history.....

Jihad means (Struggle). the highest Jihad a person can do is an internal Jihad which is a struggle within..... how do you know if all Muslims are not struggling within?
