First off -- Cut it! You don't have to go crazy and chop it all off (probably not anyway), but you definitely need at least a good healthy trim. Go see a professional stylist. Get a trim. Get some good products (frizz free stuff, smoothing creme for after you blowdry like TiGi After Party). Get a good round brush and a blowdryer. Get your stylist to teach you how to smooth the ends with the round brush to make your hair appear smoother than it is. Keep up with regular conditioning treatments. Do not use Pantene. It will only coat your hair. Instead, use a professional product like Paul Mitchell Super Strong for shampoo and conditioner. These are fortifying products that will actually help to repair your hair.

I use redken line- the best for frizz and your growing problem would be anti-snap from redken- also use the extreme line shampoo and conditioner- this will help maintain healthy hair. While you are shopping for those three things i strongly suggest picking up the UV protector- its orange- it has a shimmer to it and it helps put moisture in your hair while also protecting it from the sun.

Most important though- use a weekly conditioning treatment- or in ur case use daily. try going to bed with the deep conditioner in your hair, and then in the morning letting it air dry-

u can also try : ojon hair oil for moisture-really great

Take 2 tbls. of heinz apple cider vinegar 2-3 x day because it has 93 vitamins and minerals. Hair and nails will become super strong. I use vinegar all the time. It is the only product that has cured my adult acne, grown my hair and nails, taken away my tiredness and given me so much energy. Vinegar is a god-send! If you are trying to lose weight, take it before a meal. Ancient warriors took vinegar for mental and physical strength. Try it for one month and see if you notice the difference in your hair and nails.

Try a really good silicone on your hair after shampooing. I recommend Simply Stylin. (simplystylinhair.com). It's made of pure silicone without the alcohol and fillers others have. It coats the hair shaft and reinforces it to remove frizz and breaking.
