Here is an answer from the book The New Question Box by Fr. John J. Dietzen, published in 1988:
"In all uses of sacramentals, including holy water, we must keep straight exactly what a sacramental is in the church's tradition. A blessed medal, picture, or holy water is simply a material item over which the church has prayed, asking God to accept the prayers of the church for those who reverently use it.
"In a sacramental such as holy water, therefore, the devotion, faith and charity of the person using it is augmented and supported by the prayers of the church. There is no magic-like power in the water itself.
"The use of holy water in the proper manner can be of great spiritual benefit. It can be a striking reminder of our baptism and of the commitment to Jesus which we made in receiving that sacrament. It can symbolize and strengthen our faith in the forgiving love of God and therefore assist us in a spirit of conversion that brings with it the forgiveness of sins.
"Again, all this can be strengthened and enriched immesurably by the blessing of the church, which carries with it the assurance of the prayers of all our fellow Catholics and Christians. Properly used with these intentions there is nothing superstitious about holy water or any other sacramental. Unfortunately, some over-zealous devotees of certain sacramentals occasionally come close to stepping over the line."
Incidentally, the word is "Christianity" not "christianism".

Though some Christians believe in holy water, but biblically it has no root in the bible but rather a dogma.

Water that has been blessed by religious people (leaders for the most part.) It can be sprinkled around a room, on objects, or placed on yourself. I believe it is to help bless and protect whatever it is used on.

Christianity. and that's more aof a Catholic ritual, I think to represent the cleansing of sins. but I don't believe water can be Holy. when the Scripture speaks of water in a Spiritual sense, it's talking about the Word of God.

nicely in accordance to the main recent launch of the manga there is an probability they could be appropriate in some way. Madara (Tobi) unearths the area of Nagato's physique. And says right here verbatim "look at you, you overexerted your powers lots that the uzumaki prolonged kinfolk's commerce-mark purple hair became snow white." this could advise a bloodline relation between Naruto and Nagato. Depicting their a while it could desire to o.k. be an Uncle and Nephew dating or something alongside those strains. even with the undeniable fact that, it nevertheless stands that Madara specifically pronounced the uzumaki clans commerce-mark hair, and all of us be responsive to he had purple hair. Take it for what its nicely worth~

It has been prayed over and blessed by a person in authority in the church, a Bishop, Pastor or Priest.
Jesus gave this authority here:
From Matt 16
17Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. 18And I tell you that you are Peter,[c] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[d] will not overcome it.[e] 19I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[f] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[g] loosed in heaven." 20Then he warned his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ(from the NIV online Bible)
