Your split ends will get worse if you cut them with dull scissors...the ones that they use at the salon are super sharp...they actually cut my hair dry on purpose because I like how it makes my curly hair bounce...

It doesn't affect your hair shaft if you cut your split ends while they're wet or dry. The main thing is to not actually split the end (pulling it apart). As long as you cut it off, it keeps the rest of the hair shaft healthy.

i dont think so, its better to get you split ends cut off but it might be a lil better if you do do it when your hair is wet.

YES, always keep your hair wet when cutting!, Thats why at salons they wash your hair first.

I don't know, but I've heard so... I usually trim my ends while getting a hot oil treatment.
