The hubby and I like to name our kitties ''human names'' since they are members of our family. For example, we have a kitty named Jack. Names don't have to ''match'' the cat's appearance or personality. Think of naming kitty in the same way that you would think of naming your newborn baby. What about Timothy? Jim? Lamont? Reese?
The options are limitless. Name your kitty like you would name your child. That's my advice. It can be a fun experience. Go for it! ☺

How about Mizuki? It's Japanese for moonlight. Or Keiko? Which is Italian for adored one. Or, since it's orange, Dysis. Which is Greek for sunset.
Hope these help.
