There is none. Husky does not work because it is a Siberian Husky and the Silky is a Silky Terrier and a Yorkie is a Yorkshire Terrier and still does not end in "Y".
EDIT: Done some research........There is a dog called a Billy but it is a cross breed and no picture. It is still the the development stages. So the answer is still NO. There is not a 5 letter dog breed ending in a "Y", until the dog is a recognized breed.

It's Corgi, not Corgy. And Yorky isn't a full breed's name at all. Husky isn't really the full name, but that's the closest I can think of.

Of the AKC recognize breeds, there are none. But just any breed, a billy comes to mind.
