2 years ago, i had it all. I was dating the most beautiful and outgoing girl. I asked her out under the stars on a summer night. It was all so perfect. Soon enough, however, she dumped me and changed her whole image. She ditched her gorgeous friends and joined the band. She started dating a fat nerdy band geek. Throughout the next year, i dated many girls on and off but it always seemed that the ones that i liked the most would dump me, and the ones that i didnt like as much i would dump sooner or later. I never found a girl that i liked as much as the one who joined the band. We'll call her 'band girl.' Now, its been almost a year since my last girlfriend. I'm fresh out of high school now so im not around as many girls as i used to be. Im so lonely, and i still dwell on that first relationship with band girl. Will i ever find a girl that i like as much as her? I feel like im in a rut right now! I just want someone to be with so i can be happy again!

Stop living in the past! pick yourself up off the floor and move on! That special girl will come along when you least expect it. Play hard to get, not desperate to ask out every girl that comes your way. It's hard to get over your first love but, this was a sign for you. Use this time to pursue your happiness. Put yourself out there a bit more, explore new surroundings, meet new people. Eventually you'll be happy again. Good luck!

well for starters don't dwell on anything. band girl may have been your first love and that is why you want to find someone like her. one day you will. Don't start a relationship with anyone just because you are lonely. Those relationships never work out. I played that game for years and when i stopped dwelling on the past and looking for a partner he dropped into my lap when i least expected it. Hope all goes well for you and take care of yourself

Dear, I don't think you are ready for dating and commitment and stuff. You are so young and just graduated from high school. Enjoy your life. Why give the space for such ideas about loneliness and whether you will find love eat you alive.
Live your life, and once you are ready, your partner will come to you.

you need to get out man. you ain't gonna meet nobody sitting at home on the computer. get out more. the more you get out and go places, the higher your chances of meeting people. and the more people you meet, the more friends you make. be yourself. but be polite and courteous. join something that involves other groups of people. mock my words dude --- its common sense. get out more.
