I am SUPER ANGRY right now. I'm gonna go work out...I usually paint or something else...but I really need to blow off some steam. I hate that I got rid of the punching bag. What do you do?

I have a couple black labs.. I just give them some attention.. we go for a ride to the park and run through the woods. Or, if it is late, I throw a ball in the backyard for them. They never say no and they never add to the problem, but they have become experts at giving me the opportunity I need to dump my negativity. When all else fails, I find happiness and optimism in them.. some good ear scratching always makes life more tolerable.
I swallow all my negativity and just walk away from the situation. I don't care about ego or image. I know my personality, and if I get pushed too far I become very irrational and do things I will certainly regret. I always walk away and keep walking.

get another punching bag and the big thing is learn not to get angry. I used to get angry a lot then i started having stomach problems so i had to stop being angry. I had to change my outlook on life and look on the bright side of things. Don't get mewrong there is time for anger but I realized that most of hte things inlife are not worhty getting angry over. When ever you get angry you are hurting yourself and you should stop hurting yourself its not worth it.

Human have two basic emotions anger and fear which trigger the fight or flight response in us. If you are getting angry its because you fee threatened in someway about what ever your are getting upset over. Learn that many things are not worth getting upset over. Relax kid have a lemonade.

I usually go out to a shooting range, and shoot about fifty rounds at a target. It relieves stress, and is a good sport for discipline.

Stress is from resisting what is. Anger is from rejecting what is. Insanity is resisting and rejecting what is already the case.
