Would have to agree with tee eff - mottos in general are hard to translate accurately. This one looks to be:
In this, an abundance of strength.
One form of 'this' in Latin is 'his', and that matches up with the word needed to follow Latin 'In'. The Latin 'his' has nothing to do with the English 'his'.
In most instances in Latin, the last word should be 'viris' to be translated as 'of strength', but in early Latin, 'vis' was used for this form, so that would fit.

As with many mottos, without context it is hard to say. Best guess:
[There is] great strength herein
