You say you are against our church and say what you say to us because you really care.
But, do you care enough to tell the TRUTH about what we believe, instead of the lies and half-truths you like to tell us? To know that, when WE tell you what we believe, or don't believe, that we are telling the truth? That you shouldn't be the least bit surprised that we don't just roll over and play dead when you give your Bible verses that supposedly put the death knell on our beliefs? That simply reading the Bible is not the end-all of our faith?
You can't assume that you are right and we are wrong and we know we are wrong, because that's not right. WE KNOW we are right where God wants us.
So, can you accept that?
And, do you care enough to know that WE care about YOU, too? That's why we tell everyone about the Book of Mormon and living prophets.

You're right, cclleeoo, no one has, as yet, answered my question. All they continue to give is the official anti-Mormon party platform. It's gettong boring. It's really rather pathetic.

I do not want to know about the BOM, or your 'prophets'. I know all I need to know about your religion. I can tell you things about your religion that YOU do not know. I know enough about the Mormon Doctrine, the Doctrines of Salvation, Journal of Discourses, James Talmadge's Articles of Faith, and the Teachings of Joseph Smith to KNOW that he was a fraud, and that he was a pervert. He perverted the institution of marriage being married to more than 50 women ( no personal gain there, huh? ), and he perverted and is still perverting his followers' walk with God.
You have to understand that above all else, Jesus Christ is God the Son, come to earth in the flesh to pay the final and last price for sin that will ever be needed, and to take dominion over hell and death, and most of all to reconcile man to God. He is God, and is supposed to be worshipped, and praised as such.
If the Christ that you worship is not God the Son, and is not worshipped in Spirit and in truth, then you are following a false Christ.
MY Christ and Satan were NOT spirit brothers, as taught in the Mormon Doctrine on page 163.
MY Christ's sacrifice on the cross paid for ALL sin - every sin ever commited, and every sin that will ever BE commited. Your Journal of Discourses, volume 3, page247 teaches that Jesus' sacrifice was not able to cleanse us from all sin, and that murder and repeated adultery are exceptions. ( Joseph Smith must have missed that one, huh? )
These are teachings taken straight from YOUR books!!
It is clear to me that you are following a false Christ.
I follow Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, begotten of a virgin by the power of the Holy Spirit ( also God ). The Christ that came to pay the price for ALL my sins. ALL of YOUR sins. ALL of the sins of the ENTIRE world.
I am not interested in any of the teachings of your "prophets", either. Not ONE single prophecy that Joseph Smith or Mr. Rutherford made EVER came to pass. NOT ONE SINGLE PROPHECY !!! The Holy Bible, on the other hand is filled with prophecy that HAS came to be, and much more that WILL come to pass.
Sorry, sir. You have been duped. You CANNOT trust Joseph Smith. For salvation, trust JESUS CHRIST, as it tells you in the Bible.
I care enough to tell you that.

We do care, and if you can go back through my anti mormon answers as you call it and tell me one lie and one half truth then I will give up showing I care. Not only that but your claims that the question hasnt been answered is a bit rich considering there are about 6 questions in your little write up. SO I will answer the main one. We care about you because you are all told what you should believe and are not open when someone points out a valid point about your religion. I only get my valid points from your own LDS literature and the bible, so when you can PROVE I am lying then thats fair enough I will give up. But you PROVE me wrong and I bet you you won't

I have long realized that it is better to leave mormons to believe as they wish. There are so many things that we could all tell them about their mormon writers etc etc that have never been retracted by mormons..there is so much that is wrong about the Book of Mormon that looks so much like chaters in the bible but with names and places changed..there are so many facts to tell them..but they have never sat still long enough to research into each claim that we try to make..they say they do..but they don't..and if that is what they want to believe then that is between them and God.
My experience with them has been that they hold up the book of mormon as more of their truth when they were teaching me..than they do the Bible. But, again, if that is what they want to believe than that is between them and God.
True prophets NEVER make false prophecies..but again, my experience is that mormons deny every single thing that says that this has happened within their own church.
There comes a time when people must stop trying to show mormons things like this, because there is never any clear answers..just excuses or a quick turn around to then find flaws in others beliefs..so..it is better to just love the mormon as a person and leave them to believe as they wish.
They are a beautiful and loving group of people..live and let live....

I have never said I was against your church. I just don't agree with the doctrine. I know a couple of Mormons and have some intelligent conversations about a variety of topics including the Bible. In most cases we agree and accept the truth that is Jesus Christ. In the few times we cannot agree, we respect the fact that we agree to disagree.
Just so you know, I have done some research into the origins of the Mormon faith and religion. That is why I disagree with the doctrine. Have you done any research into your own religion?
Any help I can give I will. Just let me know...

If we didn't care we wouldn't say anything.
What do you believe? I know the Mormons have changed their doctrine significantly since my uncle sent the first Mormon missionaries to our house 30 years ago.
Used to be Christ came to North America and preached the gospel to the Indians after he ascended to the clouds, then I hear that he spent the three days of his death in America preaching to the Natives, then I hear he did not come at all and only appeared in Joseph Smith's vision/dream (my classmate was Mormon who smokes and drinks-something Mormons did not do 30 years ago-they wouldn't even drink Coke).
I just go by the Bible which says nothing about Christ coming to North America at all. He could have, but I don't believe so.
There are Christians in the Mormon church, but as soon as they teach the Bible, they are usually excommunicated by their leadership.
Mormons are also a closed and secret society, though. My aunt and uncle's wedding reception was held at my parents' house, but because they were not Mormons, they were not allowed to attend the wedding even though they were hosting the reception.
In the Bible, everything is open and Christ wants everybody to come to heaven, not just current believers-EVERYBODY. And the wedding between Christ and the Church (us) is a very open and public affair and EVERYBODY may attend, not just those with invitations, but EVERYBODY.

Didnt Joseph say an angel told him ALL other churches were an abomination? When they asked why, all they got was jibberish. Yes they do care about your soul and they do love you , but from the perspective that you have been led astray by a conman. All you need is Jesus. Dump the LDS baggage and you will find rest for your soul. You dont need any church or any man to tell you what you have to do. Jesus is God and knows all about you. All you have to do do is pray to Him. He will hear you. If you ask Him he will lead you if you are afraid. Its a personal thing between you and your Creator and nobody else. Christ was crucified by the "One True Church" of His day, right? All they were was evil men who hid behind religion and wanted to control people. Jesus said " I am the way , the truth, and the light...." I know you dont like me , but I do love you and I want the best for you. Trust in Him and not in mens religion, then find other people who love Jesus and I promise you that you are not wasting your time.

I really do care and that is why I tell you the truth in as much compassion as I can. I know what you believe and have your books. What I share is out of them - not out of anti-Mormon books.
Can you accept that it is with a great degree of concern that I share with you about how your church is a false one and not a true restoration. We can see that in the book of Hebrews. That is why I never joined your church.

Mormons are not Chiristians... for generations, from the Founder himself, they taught that Christians were the enemy and that the Christian Bible was false... I know this for a fact because I have been recruted by them with this teaching just 40 yeas ago... directly from SaltLake City mormons... J. Smith received, so he claimed, the true bible directly from God. And every leader of the mormon cult confirmed that it was indeed the bible directly from God... now where is it.?.. and why do they not teach only from the bible that was received directly from their god?..... why are they now claiming to be Christians and are giving out what they call the christian bible... that fact alone is enough to delcare the teaching of J smitth to be false... but the fact that there is nothing... absolutly nothing... to back up the teaching of the mormon cult but the word of a long list of so-called prophets..... I knew the falseness of that cult long before I came to know The truth of The One True God.... In my opinion, next to islam, they are the second greatest threat to the western world existant today.

I been to the Mormon church more than once, like most Churches, you do have good people in your church, I do like the way it's organized, and I felt God there, although, God is in most churches and religions. But the only true Church is Jesus himself, and God the true religion.
~Peace ~!~
