more specifically, I could drive without a seatbelt and not have to worry about getting a tickett from the cops?

NH doesn't have a seatbelt law for 18 and over. That's the only one I'm aware of.

Cops sit on the state lines in ME, VT, and MA and write them tickets all day long, though.

I think New Hampshire still has no seatbelt law. Their motto is "Live Free and Die when your head hits the windshield."

to the first part, no you gotta buckle up for safety..lol

however, in some states (i think arizona is one) it isnt a primary offense, so unless they have probable cause of another offense, than they cant pull you over.

i know that pa n ohio have belt laws and if you get caught without one youre going to get a fine.

i also know that pennsylvania does not have a mandatory helmet law.

where i live there is but i can't tell you where this isn't a law, ohh yeah if you don't wear a seat belt your stupid.
