okay well, i am really positive that this guy likes me. but he's kinda quiet, but really cool. we have fun togethar and i do believe we have many things in common.
but i dont really know how i feel about him. it's like, i like the guy but i dont like him. ugh im so confused, i guess i dont really know how i SHOULD feel. should i even like him? should i not? should we just beeee best friends or what?
i've got so many voices in my head i dont know which is the right one. can't say my heart knows exactly what to do either. any advice?

Unfortunatel that "chemistry" females crave so badly will ratchet up most in reponse to males best fitting the optimized genetic surviving males from the dominant timeframe - which is 3 to 5 million years of evolution
In other words chicks will be most attracted to males increasing the chick's long term genetic survival odds - which cheating males have a huge edgej
Most chicks tend to get turned-on by the controlling, abusive, deceptive and cheating guys - its part of the natural evolutionary order
Nice guys are in effect subconsciously deemed by chicks to be evolutionary dead-ends, unable to offer that illusive and exciting promise of genetic immortality that the seep spreading superior Alpha male can offer
Sorry, simply wishing away all the evolutionary baggage cannot effectively change the chemistry equation - female mate selection in the end is a product of natural selection and survival

First off you probably should do something about the voices in your head...not sure what all thats about? ha ha. Anyway, if you like this guy you should probably start asking him to do more "date" like activities. If he likes you he will start to figure out what is going on and go from there. It's kinda hard to be just "friends" with someone if you are having feelings like this. I would talk to him and see how he feels. Can't hurt right?

THINK! if you have soo...much fun with him and while your having fun together no spark goes in your head telling you he's the one stay friends and let time do the work. BUT if while your spending time with him something in your heart breaksopen go for it and take a chance.

if you really liked him you wouldnt be confused. you make him sound like he's got good qualities, and you say that you have things in common (even though that's not really important in forming a relationship with someone) i think that's whats confusing you --> that you think you should like him because in your eyes he's a great guy. just because someone has the qualities that you like in a guy, doesnt mean you're going to or have to like them in a romantic way. i say that you like him as friends. so just be friends, enjoy that and let it be.

It sounds like you do like him but he's quiet and your other friends will all asks questions about your choice. But don't allow outside pressures to stop you from dating what seems to be a great guy.
