So I have medium brown hair, and it just looks so bland to me. So I want to put some different shades of browns in it whether it were streaks or maybe color underneath, i tried telling my stylist and she didnt understand quite what i wanted so I told her I would come back just to be safe. Any ideas what I could do to my hair so i can tell her exactly what i want? THANKS!

You could get some blonde-brown streaks put in it, or reddish brown streaks. I have medium brown hair too and they worked quite well for me. Or you could always go a darker brown, which I tried out as well and that was also good. Try looking through magazines to help decide what hair colors you like. I'm sure whatever you decide to do will be good!

Say hey to the house! I was born with coal black hair due to ndn heritage, but since I am 3/4 Euro or white and old enough to sprout grey, I have decided that original black is now a bit harsh and wrinkle accentuating so am about to become auburn with a wink and a grin at my Scots-Irish predecessors.
Might also work for you as it is a notch more exciting than general brownette options and also complements a real or artificial tan.

well it matters what kind of person you are if you want to be safe go with different shades of brown but if your one of those badass people who take risks then go with streaks.
personally i think you should go with streaks.
