We were quiet for the past 12000 years of civilization and it's gotten us into this mess. Time to clean it up.

You believe in places? I thought y'all didn't believe in anything and ran around raping and pillaging because you lack morals and values. If you believe in a place, how can you not believe that someone created it? Is it the facts that have led to the undeniable theory of evolution , or the fossil remains, or that science and technology have made such great advances in the past few hundred years? Which one? All three? Well, don'tcha know it's all a lie to keep you away from God and you should be living your life as the Amish do?

Yeesh. You athiests. You're sooo logical but you still can't see God. Don't worry. He sees you. And he's making checks on his scorecard, believe you me.

Glory to His Name in The Highest, Gloria Excelsior, Adonai, C'est La Vie. Bless these athiests and give them some values.

Free speech.......And not in a legal way, but pay attention to it on a Human level:
Education on the value of free speech and the other freedoms reserved by the Bill of Rights, about what happens when you don’t have them, and about how to exercise and protect them, should be an essential prerequisite for being an American citizen — or indeed a citizen of any nation, the more so to the degree that such rights remain unprotected. If we can't think for ourselves, if we're unwilling to question authority, then we're just putty in the hands of those in power. But if the citizens are educated and form their own opinions, then those in power work for us. In every country, we should be teaching our children the scientific method and the reasons for a Bill of Rights. With it comes a certain decency, humility and community spirit. In the demon-haunted world that we inhabit by virtue of being human, this may be all that stands between us and the enveloping darkness.

It replaced into undesirable previously rules have been handed to help keep Christians out of our faces. It replaced into tough whilst they have been allowed to ask on a job application, "faith?" maximum Christian Crackers lower back then could burn you out of city in case you replied, "Atheist". And, I wasn't atheist. That be conscious skill "anti-god". My religious ideals are not like Christians' ideals in that regard. i don't sense such hatred as they do to lable everybody who isn't a member of their club as being anti-something. I continuously merely positioned Gamsotu, meaning, seeing how Christians are so actually at a loss for words by skill of the info besides, "the great and Mysterious secret of the Universe." That looked as though it may fulfill the fools and that they had circulate forward and hire you. I resented that fascism very lots.

I'm not quite sure what this is supposed to be, but at the risk of being rediculed, i don't mind mentioning that atheists are also people, also created in the Image of God, and so they also have a right to their opinions (as a Christian, i can say this for everyone because i have this belief, so this might not be true for all faiths, but then again those faiths don't have any bearing on Christ...).

That being said, atheists are also serving God. You can't get away from it. How much spiritual progress would us Christians have if we didn't have such unbelievers to question things? One atheist's questioning of God has done more to help Christianity than a hundred Christians simply feeling content and not searching for Truth. They are a spur meant to keep us searching.

But that doesn't mean i can't complain about the sheer nastiness and utter depravity of some atheists. If they want to be thought of as "rational," why are they the ones who always act childishly, calling names and harassing people? I respect people who have opinions, and if you are an atheist and you can defend your belief with kindness and respect, just as i will defend mine, i will count you as my friend. But someone who just calls names is not "rational," but is rather hateful of Christians.

Of course, this only means that we, as Christians, should learn to practice love, the same love toward atheists that God gave toward us.

Not all atheists are rude. Some are quite kind and easy to get along with. And everyone should be free to say what they want.

Doesn't mean we have to agree.

Sometimes a percentage of atheists get on their high horses against Christians possibly because of a rude run in with a "holier than tho" Christian.

If I did nothing personally to offend them then the lil' bitter ones I just ignore!

I have to admit the Reverned C is correct........we should not be so pushy....you plant a seed and move on...no point in being rude.

BwAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. this is the funniest question I've seen all day!!
Thanks br!
(((((((((bettierage))))))))

Lol just to be sure this is an answer: If they kept quiet, I'd have no fun whatsoever. Ignore those who have that attitude. They're the ones who remind me of this saying: better to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt ;)

Not at all!!!
They should voice their feelings, their doubts and their thoughts.
This is a great opportunity to show them the love of God!
But, some people here (that say they believe in God) do just the opposite.
They are very aggressive towards them when they should be warm and friendly.
I imagine one day they will be in front of God and will have to answer to a question like this:
"What did you say and what did you do to that atheist I sent you in YR to talk about My love for him? You gave a distorted image of Me and you made him hate Me!"
It hurts...

Both Christianity and Atheism are by faith. Neither can prove beyond any doubt their faith is truth. I'm a Christian and wouldn't want to get in a discussion with an atheist who wanted to argue. There is nothing to argue about. I have admiration for agnostics. They don't know and say so. That's honest. Christians and Atheists both have a right to talk to their own group as if it is all truth. Since both positions are by faith, How can we argue when we can't prove either way. Atheists wouldn't have a position if it wasn't for us "for" people, since they wouldn't have anything to be against. They need us in the worst way. We could survive nicely without them since we believe IN someone. Their position is really pitiful.

Rephrase the question and see how you like it:

Should Christians (Muslims, Jews, fill in the religion) know their place and just keep quiet?

If you can picture yourself in the above and are offended, you have the answer!
