Rev. Ted Haggard was a Pentecostal preacher, who started a big mega church and who was head of a very large evangelical organization. He preached against homosexuality, but the truth is that he was having a secret affair with a male hustler, and he was also using crystal meth. The hustler exposed Haggard's hypocrisy, and a huge scandal erupted, resulting in Haggard losing his prestigious positions.

He's a guy who likes to live life on the edge. He doesn't care what other people think about him. He lost the respect of millions of Christians around the world with his drug addiction and homosexual tendencies. He is certainly not a role model.
