1, I live in the Philippines and no one knows anything. They do not even suspect anything. That is why I posted the question here. Hoping someone that knows something would give me an answer.
2, This is the Philippines ! It is near 100 degrees f with 90 % humidity everyday. Showers are essential.

Assuming four 10 minute showers / day at 5 gpm that is 200 gal/day

7.4 gal /ft^3

a tank 3ft x 3ft x ft = 27 cuFt = 190 gal
8.33 lbs per gal = 1582 lbs

double this for two days

First off I feel your pain. I use to work in the Philippines but left its due to the climate (I was just as miserable at night as I was during the day. I have never been a fan of AC until I was living there). First off I question you wanting to build an water storage tank, due to limited space I wouldn't build one anyhow if you live in Manila, second if you build a tank I would suggest a building it out of steel (due to the high humidity and temperature plastic will deform really fast), If you where to take a shower it would be extremely hot water, but if your set on the idea you need at least a 300 gallon tank so you can do most of your daily activities. Also if you plan on putting this on top of your house to save space you are going to have to reinforce you roof.

I'd look at 100 gallon tank. Forget the showers if you are looking for a backup water supply. Think basic needs.

Consult the people who sell or install them. They'll have all the guidelines.
