I had to have the surgery because they were still in my gum and hadn't grown out.
For me it took for about two weeks because my cheeks wear swelled up and blue.
But since you pulled them out then I would say about 2-3 days.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled out about a month ago. I didn't feel like doing anything the first day so I stayed in and the dentist told me to take it easy for the first couple of days, and avoid alcohol. I don't think its an issue once the meds wear off and the bleeding subsides.

Not sure what you're asking...
You can do any of your normal activities shortly after extraction. Do not drink from a straw, do not brush the area, or eat spicy or hard foods because it may cause the clot that has formed to be dislodged and you may start to bleed all over agian and become infected. Other than that, you should be able to do most anything you would normally be doing if you had not had the extraction!

I would wait a day, to recover from the 'trauma' to your body.If you feel OK tomorrow, only go out with someone who will look out for you [ if you show signs of infection, for instance ].
No partying for several days at least - give your body a chance to metabolize the anesthesia and stress hormones it produced.
Follow the diet restrictions the doc gave you - you'll heal faster.
