I was wondering which was healthier of these few foods...
-Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich (wheat bread or white...)..or,.
-Salad with ranch, cheese, veggies, croutons, & pasta...or...
-Canadian Bacon pizza?
I have a few options for dinner and was wondering which is my best bet (I am not going to change them to low-fat meal entrees, they are at a cafe i am going to, and those are the ways that they are served!)
thanks! :)

PBJ on whole wheat. Peanut butter has protein and healthy fats, plus whole wheat bread is a good source of fiber.

The salad with ranch, cheese and veggies. Don't eat the croutons. It doesn't matter where you eat. All we can do is make the best choice, and that's what you're trying to do. The peanut butter & jelly on wheat (but you don't know if it's just wheat (which isn't whole wheat) or on whole what bread. So I'd choose the salad as the healthiest, and probably tastiest, choice. Canadian Bacon is low in fat also, but all that pizza dough isn't so good.

I think your best bet would be to get the salad and ask for the dressing on the side. That way you can add a LITTLE bit, and avoid much of the fat. Also, like others have said, avoid eating all of the cheese and croutons, these can be very fatty as well. But at least this way you have some carbs (pasta), some fresh veggies, some dairy, and you can control the fat.
The pbj might not have as much fat, but the jelly is full of sugar, which if not burned off, converts to fat anyway. It is also a nutritionally unbalanced option (ie. no fresh vegs), and as it is quite small for a dinner, you might find yourself hungry later on in the night and snacking on stuff later, rendering your 'healthy' choice pointless.
The pizza might be alright if it was a home made pizza, but as you're getting it from a cafe you don't know how much fat is in the base, how much cheese they might put on etc. etc. It is probably also quite low in other nutritional benefits.
Happy eating!!

Likely the sandwich, but if you can get a lower fat dressing and no croutons (have the cheese - there usually isn't too much on there anyways) - then the salad. The only safe pizza is thin crust pizza from the HUT - with chicken

The ranch, cheese, and croutons are loaded with fat so I would say if you are looking for the healthiest option choose the pb and j on wheat bread. Protein and some somewhat complex carbs.

I think the salad but I'm not sure. I think the salad, the sandwich and then the pizza.
