I have a 2003 ford expedtion and i want to hook up amps and and add speakers. I have the 6 disc changer, but not the premium sound system. I don't want to remove the head unit just to find this out. If anyone knows, please let me know.

There are almost no factory radios that include standard pre-amp outputs, and no Ford radios that I know of. Based on removing a few hundred of them, I can tell you that there definitely are NOT pre-outs on your factory radio.

The only time you'll ever see a stock radio with pre-outs is when a vehicle maker contracts with an after-market audio manufacturer to supply head units. For example, there are a few 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT models that have a Kenwood-made head unit that's exactly the same as an after-market version that came out that year. That kind of thing is extremely uncommon, though.
