I'm always sooo hungry like everyday when I get home. And every time I eat something that is not so healthy like chips, soda, ect. and I cant seem to get the fruit thing going on and I'm starting to gain wait that I really dont want. What should I eat, to fill me up and let it yet be something that I like??? Please help!

try to eat lots of small "snacks" thru the day, to help keep u filled up & keep your body energized, instead of eating a few large meals or snacks...don`t deprive yourself of the things u like, just eat smaller portions, like 2 or 3 cookies or whatever, instead of the entire package...that, way, u won`t feel like you`re missing the treats & end up pigging out!!!

I know how you feel! I have the same problem. The problem with eating processed food with a lot of sugar/carbs and not so much nutrients is that it makes you hungry again very fast, like 30 minutes! So if I eat a bowl of sugary cereal (my favorite) I want another bowl right away. The key is to find something you like that also has fiber and nutrients -- some examples: cheese and whole grain crackers, whole-grain cereals, apples with peanut butter, turkey on a whole grain roll, etc. You can drink diet soda in moderation. All the emphasis on whole grains is because whole grain breads make you feel full because of the fiber, but white bread will have that groggy effect that makes you crazy-hungry later. Try it and you'll see the difference!

Try to eat a salad that has meat in it. those usually fill me up when I'm sooo hungry.

Eat stuff with a lot of fiber it in, Fiber makes you full fast

Protein keeps you from feeling hungry, and helps your body burn fat. Eggs, cheese, meat, beans, chicken, etc are good.

maybe your just bored.
but eat sun flower seeds because it takes forever to eat them so it will pass more time. lol
or i eat ice cubes.lol sounds weird but i do =]

try celery it takes so long to eat it that u use up everything so u don't gain wieght

Oh boy...you should get some "very" thrilling solutions here. i will furnish in spite of your heart...uh..."abdomen" desires. merely remember however, the delivery value is "no longer" secure in the cost of the foodstuff merchandise.
