Anywhere from 18-25% is ideal anything over 32% and your looking for trouble!
If you are a gym member - then they can measure your body mass for you to get an accurate percent.

18%-32% body fat is generally acceptable for the average female. 18%-28% would be optimal. Female athletes and body builders may have as little as 14%-18% body fat due to a very high muscle mass. Less than 14% is underfat and over 32% is overfat.

Anywhere from around 16-25% is healthy. Somewhere around 18-22% is probably ideal.

20 - 25% body fat is considered normal for women, you can google " bmi chart" and it will give you a general idea of what your weight should be based on your height.. its not an exact science but it is easy to use and understand.

47% that's what i have and I'm 30. I'm as healthy as a ox and weigh the same to!
