You have natural oils in your hair. When you wear your hair down it touches your face. The oils cause you to break out. Mabe you could try a really cute headband or if you have bangs clip them back.

If you're a certain age, the oil from your hair can irritate your skin. Don't worry, you'll grow out of it. Try washing your hair every day. Make sure you wash your brushes too.
Sometime the gels and hairsprays we use can cause our skin to react as well. Try not using anything like that and see if it helps. Good luck.

Your hair has a lot of bacteria because of oil and dirt. You should wash your hair more frequently if you like your hair down. If you are gonna have your hair down keep it somewhat brushed back.

Because the oils in your hair get on your face its that or you are using chemicals or a bad conditioner in your hair or you are allergic to the shampoo and conditioner you are using.
Good luck!!

if you have bangs or any of your hair is touching your face, the oil in your hair or conditioners and products you use are probably irritating your skin and clogging your pores to create breakouts. try to keep your hair off your face the best you can.

if you wear you bang down, the chemical from your hair interacts with the pores on you face. thus, causing your skin to break out.

Two good guesses. The first being that you are way over using your finishing products. (hairspray, wax or pomade.) The second guess is that you may be allergic to the actual product.
