absolutely. it makes sense. that's the one thing that makes the most sense in Buddhism: goes around, comes around.

even the bible talks about it:
Galatians 6

I believe in cause and effect, if that's what you mean. If you steal your friend's girlfriend, you can expect to be punched in the nose. It just makes sense. But I don't believe it'll cause me to be a bug in my next life.
