Don't go with one of the high hairdo things that's everyones first thought. I know that the 70 d's had very bright colors. If you want wear a red dress or get the goofy glasses that you always see people wear in mthe movies.

Make a cute 70's dress. You can find all sorts of ideas by doing a search on it. A lot of people dress up as disco folk on halloween so there's all sorts of pics out there.
