hi there,
coconut water and juice is the liquid inside the coconut,
coconut milk is made of shreeded coconut and than squeezed, what comes out is the milk

Coconut juice or water is what comes right out of the coconut. Coconut milk has to be made from the coconut itself.

coconut milk is when you grind up the pulp, boil it with water and strain it....it is not the liquid in the coconut.

for females, I heard that young coconut juice was good to get the menstrual cycle going if you're late. Although, if you drink young coconut juice during your cycle it comes out a lot more than usual.
