Tuna Salad is a great salad to make you can make it simple or complex rich or lean. Here is a suggestion: 2 cans tuna drained of liquid I like oil packed instead of water packed it has more flavor to me. 2 or more celery stalks washed cut lengthwise then into cubes crosswise bread and butter or sweet pickle relish 1/3 cup pinch of salt dash of black pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise the light version 1/2 of lemon fresh juice squeezed without seeds 1 hard boiled egg peeled and chopped the egg is optional but a nice addition combine all ingredients then chill until very cold this can be served on lettuce leaves or stuffed into scooped out whole tomatoes or placed on toasted bread for a sandwich. One other ingredient I really like on any kind of sandwich are alfalfa sprouts they are very good for you and add a nice extra texture. Do not mix them with the salad ingredients just place them on top of the salad. Best tuna wishes, Mama Jazzy Geri

I'm a cheese fan, so, of course I'd add some cheese. But, with the flavored mayo you are using you don't need to. And, if you decide to do cheese, stick with the mozarella.

I would use either Mozzarela or Swiss. Jarlsburg has a distinct taste (it's my favorite) that would stand out. But yeah...the cheese would be fine!

Swiss might be tasty, if you prefer cheese. If not, Im sure your sandwich would taste just as good!

I would add Pepper Jack, but with the selection you have, I would probably opt for the Mozzarella.

When I first read it, my first thought was provolone. However, I think I'd go with the Swiss in this case.

IT sounds like you would prefer it w/o, so skip it.
I don't know about your tastes, but try some blue cheese dressing if you have it??
