Yes , its grammatically correct but it should be :

Es una lástima que Leonor esté enferma. (accent mark over the first "a"; Leonor its a female name so then it s enferma instead of enfermo) I assume it s Leonor cause I ve never heard of the name Lenor.

Quite correct, only the accent is wrong, it's lástima. Assuming, of course "Lenor" is masculine.
