Yes, for sure. If you are freezing just for one, be sure to put into single serving containers (freezer type) and freeze no longer than 3 months.

You can do this with lasagna or spaghetti too :).

Yes! Just make sure that you put it in freezer safe bags or plastic. It should be good for 3 months.

You can, but the noodles break apart when you reheat it again.
