Before the USA got involved Iraq and Iran were fighting for 8 years in a war. Afganistan and Russia until it broke Russia and Afganistan. Millions of people have died and they always come up with some small thing that someone has done to them. The Sunni and Shiite do not believe alike? So?
Catholics and prostants don't believe alike.
Is the differences worth killing millions of innocent people more of your own than Americans.
One interesting quote: "more muslims are killed by other muslims than any other way" Is that really what your God would want? Seriously? Think about it?
What would it take for you people to have a few years without a war? I'm really interested in knowing.

Well if they quit fighting they would be more prosperous. War costs lives and money. That seems counter productive.

Tony, Tony are you still in Iraq? Why don't you remember you are home now and get on with your life.
If you are trying to understand Muslims and it hasn't happened yet perhaps you need to leave Texas. Read other answers. And head North. We have come to realize that men love to fight. That religion loves to fight.
Somehow it gets them the virgins and heaven and all the good stuff. That is why they fight.
Take away the religous leaders and the virgins and they will get a job and quit jumping around in the street all day burning flags and cartoons.

Improve their economic status. War becomes less prevalent when people's basic needs are met. Since most of Islam lives in poverty, it is easy to get the locals all fired up about Jihad - because in their case, death is easier than life. This doesn't apply to the parts of Islam that are well off, most of those are relatively peaceful (look at communities in the US and other major cities, again, for the most part).

Buddy, I dont live in Iraq and IRan alright? And i aint fightin, and i am muslim. I don't like the fights and the wars going on , and some of the answers you've gotten over here piss me off. y dont u phone those people there and tell them to stop fighting because you want them to? You know, when u say "MUSLIMS" its dumb, because its not ALL of us who FIGHT. wtf, eveyr one of us is different. if the muslims in iran and iraq and in whatever arent being good muslims, then it aint our fault alrite? ISLAM=PEACE. if some people dont get that then fine, but not all muslims are the same, and nto all HUMANS are the same. There are many loving gentle muslims in the world. Geez, people are so negative, whatever. period.
