That's gaining a little over 10 pounds a day! Unless you spent the entire day eating nothing but junk food, there is no possiblity that you could have gained 75 pounds in 7 days. I'm sorry!

Oh, my! Well, I most certainly won't make a joke out of it, but I know for a fact that that's not normal. 75 pounds is way too much to gain, no matter what your start-off weight was. I would suggest exercising more, because you might be at risk of a disease or disorder. You might want to get some medical help if you see any side affects happening or if you are seriously worried about it.

No it isn't any longer undesirable. it is referred to as "bulking" in bodybuilding. basically try as much as achieveable to consume wholesome, because of the fact the quantity of meals taken while they are sparkling or wholesome, actually can't do you any injury. And exercising consultation, so all the meals fill your muscle tissues.
