As others have posted, many different types of doctors can treat genital warts, including family practitioners, dermatologists, ob-gyns, and urologists. (probably even plastic surgeons) However, not every doctor in these specialties will feel comfortable treating them. A dermatologist has been trained in treatment of genital warts. Treatment options include: freezing with liquid nitrogen and application of topical agents including imiquimod, podofilox, podophyllin, and surgical removal.
