I am engaded------Estoy comprometida
I'm with somone-----Estoy con alguien
I'm Married----Estoy casada

There really is no "I'm taken"

Kalikina´s answer is correct.

There is no translation in Spanish for I am taken.

What she said are good alternatives.

Tengo Novio or Novia (Hey you never know) or you could always say No Thankyou

Some possibilities ... I'm assuming from your avatar that you're a female. :-)

Ya tengo novio (esposo) - "I already have a boyfriend (husband)"

Estoy comprometida (casada) - "I'm engaged (married)"

No estoy soltera - "I'm not single"
