Im 14 and I weigh 150-153 lbs and I wear a size 11 in jrs. I can grab some towards my lower abs and I never loose any weight ! I play fast pitch softball and I hardly eat that much! I even exercise like lifting 10 lb weights and other exercises also. What do u think?

The only way to disappear the fat is by doing crunches and sit ups.i cant tell if your fat because it can depend on how tall u r. Exercising with lifting wiegts only turns the muscles in your arms bigger. Just do crunches every day and eat healty not starve yourself and youll see the results. goood luck L8terz!

IM the EXACT same way! im 14 and 145-150 lbs. i swim EVERYDAY and cant drop the weight. i need help too! (its all in my thighs and lower tum-tum)

how much you should weight depends on your height and bone structure. use this site to see if you need to lose or are OK. if you are overweight, there are tips on what to do and not to do.

muscle weighs more than fat sounds like you are athletic so I say you are not fat you are healthy :)
